From his early training as a prosecutor, he learned that the most effective voir dire encourages participation from the potential jurors (in response to open-ended questions) in order to obtain as many strikes for cause as possible. He excels at making effective damages presentations, whether it involves complex medical issues or the loss of a family member. He believes that final argument, at least in part, is show time and he has the size, presence, and voice to provide that show. *CV, BV, and AV are registered certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards, and policies.
